Interior Leaking Faucets - We will make every attempt to repair the leak. We do not cover fixtures that need to be replaced. We do not repair damage resulting from the leak.
Interior Leaking Sinks - We will make every attempt to repair the leak. We do not cover fixtures that need to be replaced. We do not repair damage resulting from the leak. We do not unclog drains.
Leaking Shower Heads - We will make every attempt to repair the leak. We do not cover fixtures that need to be replaced. We do not repair tub spouts, diverters or drain stoppers. We do not repair damage resulting from the leak.
Leaking Toilets - We will repair toilet leaks at the water connection only. We will repair running toilets if possible. We will install a new interior mechanism if needed. Cost of parts is not included. We do not guarantee the new parts. We do not repair water damage resulting from the leak.
Light Bulbs - We will change hard to reach light bulbs. Light bulbs not included. Bulbs must be purchased in advance of repairman visit.
Interior Door Adjustments - We will adjust interior doors/cabinets when possible, within the manufacturers allowed ability to do so. We do not install new doors or new hardware. Garage doors, basement doors not included. We do not repair doorbells.
Interior Light Switches - Interior only. We will attempt to repair interior light switches. We do not deal with code violations, updating to GFCI's or replacing wiring or luminaries.
Interior Electrical Wall Sockets - We will attempt to repair interior wall sockets. We do not deal with code violations, updating to GFCI's or replacing wiring or luminaries.
